Mission ONE

Main Reason : COMPASSION

Mission ONE pleads the cause of the poor and needy and shows biblical compassion in the hard places of the world

Many national missionaries are laboring under severe hardship and poverty, struggling just to feed and clothe their families. They have so little; we have so much. Supporting these worthy servants of God through the Mission ONE Partners In Mission Program is a way to show biblical compassion-the right thing to do.

Mission ONE sends relief to impoverished national missionaries who, in turn, are ministering directly to the physically poor and spiritually needy in their tribes, villages, and neighboring cultures.

Partnership with national missionaries is a compassionate and strategic way to serve the needs of some of the poorest people on earth, and at the same time, empower them to preach the riches of the gospel of Christ to the poor and needy around them. In so doing, we become a great blessing and a tremendous instrument of inspiration.

Passion for the glory of God; compassion for the poor and the lost

Should mission ministry be driven by human needs? Mission ONE believes that compassionate ministry is driven by a vision for the true worship of Jesus among all peoples. This does not diminish the Christian obligation of compassion for the poor; rather, it inspires a higher way of compassion.

This kind of compassion is a blend of providing what poor and lost peoples need and envisioning what poor and lost peoples can contribute in unique worship to the Lord Jesus; it is loving God and loving them toward that end.

Arm-in-Arm
in the Land of the Messiah with Believing Israeli Arabs and a Team
of Galilean leaders.

The Christian HolyLand Foundation, Inc. (CHLF) is an independent organization formed in the early 1980s for the purpose of bringing the Gospel message to the Holy Land.

CHLF is non-political in its approach, focusing on the ministries that are leading Believers into deeper relationships with their Lord and welcoming converts that respond to the Gospel message that is taught from pulpits and from the lifestyle modeling of our Team of native Galileans.

While there is no single Statement of Faith for the thousands of Independent Christian Churches and Churches of Christ around the world, elements that would be common among them, and which CHLF embraces, include:

* The unity of Believers.

* The authority of the Scriptures.

* The deity and physical resurrection of Jesus Christ.

* The Triune God--the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

* Salvation is a gift from God through His Son, Jesus; not through works.

* Complete obedience includes submission to the Father through baptism by immersion.

* Confidence that the Son will return to gather His church, and of an eternity with our heavenly Father.

The Galilee Team is comprised of all Arabs by birth, heritage, and ethnicity. And because they were born in Israel, they are Israeli citizens.
They all come from generations of “Christians.” Some have been in relationship with The Christ most of their lives, and some were transformed into “Believers” through spiritual awakenings when they were young adults.
